WHAT TO WEAR?

Please wear firm footwear; trainers, walking boots or wellies, suitable for walking on rough ground. A close fitting jacket, coat or gilet, without big collars. Preferably no big scarves, as these can hinder mounting the gun.

HOW LONG IS A LESSON?

A lesson is up to one hour.

HOW LONG IS A HAVE A GO?

Depending on the number of guests, allow up to two hours for a group an hour for a single guest.

WHAT AGE CAN JUNIORS START?

The average age is 11, but could start from the age of nine based on stature. There is no age restriction to shooting, but the strength and stature of the junior will dictate if they are strong enough to hold a light .410 shotgun.

CAN I BRING A NON-LICENCE HOLDER WITH ME TO SHOOT PRACTICE?

Non-licence holders can shoot a practice round with you if they are with a guide, ( Instructor Practise), using your gun and cartridges. If they are a novice shooter, we recommend they do a Have a Go session (please see our Friends & Family page).
